"I honestly don't know what to call this. It is basically an All Purpose Spicy Seasoning blend, but it has a bit of a kick to it. I love it used on steak, chops, chicken and ribs as a rub; but just as good dusted lightly on any grilled or sauteed foods. This makes 2 jars of seasoning and they will last a long time in the pantry. This evolved out of several different recipes."
