Wow, Wow and wow again! These potato's are wonderful! I love salt and vinegar chips and I love potato's so this recipe was a no brainer for me to try! I made exactly as written and we LOVED this recipe. The potato's were of the perfect texture, soft and moist inside, perfect on the outside and the flavors.... well what can I say, salt and vinegar all the way. This is my all time favorite potato recipe which I will be using quite often. Thanks Bea.

If you like salt and vinegar chips, you will like these potatoes. I happen to be one of those who likes the chips, so these potatoes were a hit for us. A wonderful accompaniment to any meal. Thank you, Bea, for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag.

Great potatoes! I made them with baby red potatoes, but after baking them, you could not tell they were red. Crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We loved them!
