"This is a great dip for entertaining, or a late night snack. I've also served it as an appetizer. It always goes over well with company although, I make it most often for my husband."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Shred marble cheese. Set aside.

Step 2

If using peppers and greens onions, chop and set aside.

Step 3

Place sour cream and half a brick of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Using electric mixer, mix until smooth. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.

Step 5

Once sour cream/cream cheese mixture is smooth scrape it in a medium sized deep pan/dish. I use my glass 5x9x1inch dish. Note: you need to use a dish that is at least 1inch deep as you will be layering all the ingredients.

Step 6

Smooth out mixture until it is level and covering the bottom on the pan.

Step 7

Layer salsa overtop of sour cream/cream cheese mixture.

Step 8

If using peppers and onions, layer them overtop of salsa.

Step 9

Finish by covering with the shredded marble cheese.

Step 10

Refrigerate and serve chilled with a side of Tortilla Chips.
