Step 1: Shred marble cheese. Set aside.
Step 2: If using peppers and greens onions, chop and set aside.
Step 3: Place sour cream and half a brick of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4: Using electric mixer, mix until smooth. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Step 5: Once sour cream/cream cheese mixture is smooth scrape it in a medium sized deep pan/dish. I use my glass 5x9x1inch dish. Note: you need to use a dish that is at least 1inch deep as you will be layering all the ingredients.
Step 6: Smooth out mixture until it is level and covering the bottom on the pan.
Step 7: Layer salsa overtop of sour cream/cream cheese mixture.
Step 8: If using peppers and onions, layer them overtop of salsa.
Step 9: Finish by covering with the shredded marble cheese.
Step 10: Refrigerate and serve chilled with a side of Tortilla Chips.
