Step 1

In a large skillet

Stir finely chopped onions and bell peppers in the 3 tablespoons of butter melted until tender and done.

Then add thawed corn to skillet mixture of onions and bell peppers simmer 10 minutes

Add the small container of sour cream. Salt and pepper to your taste and let corn simmer very low(dont boil) for 3 minutes.
