  • 1/4 cup onions,minced
  • 1/8 cup bell peppers,minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt,to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet

  • Step 2: Stir finely chopped onions and bell peppers in the 3 tablespoons of butter melted until tender and done.

  • Step 3: Then add thawed corn to skillet mixture of onions and bell peppers simmer 10 minutes

  • Step 4: Add the small container of sour cream. Salt and pepper to your taste and let corn simmer very low(dont boil) for 3 minutes.
