Step 1: In a large skillet
Step 2: Stir finely chopped onions and bell peppers in the 3 tablespoons of butter melted until tender and done.
Step 3: Then add thawed corn to skillet mixture of onions and bell peppers simmer 10 minutes
Step 4: Add the small container of sour cream. Salt and pepper to your taste and let corn simmer very low(dont boil) for 3 minutes.
