Step 1

On the sirloin tip roast coat all sides with onion powder, garlic powder, Lawry's season salt and black pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Step 2

After 24 hours, remove from the refrigerator and bring meat up to room temperature (1-2 hours).

Step 3

Place in rotisserie 19 minutes per pound for medium rare.

I am a grill master, so this popped out at me when looking through the recipes. The roast came out medium rare and the simple flavors really tasted great. Even the kids went back for seconds. This will be great for the summer and we will enjoy this again.
