Step 1: On the sirloin tip roast coat all sides with onion powder, garlic powder, Lawry's season salt and black pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Step 2: After 24 hours, remove from the refrigerator and bring meat up to room temperature (1-2 hours).
Step 3: Place in rotisserie 19 minutes per pound for medium rare.
