Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

Step 2

Drain.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook ground beef with onions & peppers.

Step 4

Season lightly.

Step 5

Drain and add your pasta to mixture.

Step 6

Save 1 cup sauce for topping.

Step 7

Add drained pasta to meat sauce.

Step 8

Mix ricotta with one egg, seasoning to taste and 1/2 cup Parmesan.

Step 9

Start layer like lasagna.

Step 10

Start with sprayed 9x9 baking pan, first pasta sauce, then ricotta dots then mozzarella. 3 layers. Make like lasagna.

Step 11

Top with some extra sauce Mozzarella and Parmesan..

Step 12

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until hot and bubbly and cheese is melty.
