Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Drain.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook ground beef with onions & peppers.
Step 4: Season lightly.
Step 5: Drain and add your pasta to mixture.
Step 6: Save 1 cup sauce for topping.
Step 7: Add drained pasta to meat sauce.
Step 8: Mix ricotta with one egg, seasoning to taste and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
Step 9: Start layer like lasagna.
Step 10: Start with sprayed 9x9 baking pan, first pasta sauce, then ricotta dots then mozzarella. 3 layers. Make like lasagna.
Step 11: Top with some extra sauce Mozzarella and Parmesan..
Step 12: Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until hot and bubbly and cheese is melty.
