Step 1

Line a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with wax paper, extending paper over edges of pan.

Step 2

Melt chocolate chips and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat with sweetened condensed milk.

Step 3

Remove from heat

Step 4

Combine peanuts and marshmallows in large bowl.

Step 5

Stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in prepared pan.

Step 6

Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Step 7

Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper

Step 8

Peel off paper.

Step 9

Cut into squares.
