Step 1: Line a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with wax paper, extending paper over edges of pan.
Step 2: Melt chocolate chips and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat with sweetened condensed milk.
Step 3: Remove from heat
Step 4: Combine peanuts and marshmallows in large bowl.
Step 5: Stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in prepared pan.
Step 6: Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Step 7: Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper
Step 8: Peel off paper.
Step 9: Cut into squares.
