"There are lots of recipes for roasted potatoes. Here's one of mine that we enjoy. In this photo, I cooked them a little too long....but they still tasted good. lol."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Step 3
Place in 8 inch square baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, at 450F for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
