  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound potatoes, quartered (about 6 small red potatoes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Add potatoes; toss to coat.

  • Step 4: Bake, uncovered, at 450F for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
