Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients, except the beef, to a mixing bowl and whisk together.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a large Zip-Loc bag.

Step 3

Add the beef and massage the bag to ensure all of the beef is covered by the marinade mixture.

Step 4

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

Remove the beef from the refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature.

Step 6

In the meantime, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to catch the grease, and position a wire cooking rack on top. Lightly spray the cooling rack with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 8

Position the cubes of beef onto the wire cooling rack, leaving a little space.

Step 9

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Step 10

NOTE: If you prefer the beef tips a little on the rare side, lower the roasting time to 15 or 20 minutes, depending on your preference.

Love these super packed in flavor beef tips. My dd's ate every last one on their plates and asked for "more meat please"! I guess you know they liked them and so did the hubs and I. Totally enjoyed!

What a prize! Easy, fully flavored and perfect cooking time results for a delicious meal for us. Steak was medium rare, just how my family likes it. I have gladly added this to my rotation.

I never make steak in the oven because I'm afraid of overcooking it, but this was easy and fabulous. I baked it for 15 minutes and got nice medium-rare sirloin tips. I did sub dried parsley and garlic powder based on what was in the house, and it turned out fabulous. I imagine it would be even better if both were fresh. This will be made again and is going into my Best of 2019 list!

What a great recipe. I made half a batch. My only change was to use 2 heaped tablespoons of dried parsley—no fresh on hand. I probably cut the steak pieces too small because they were close to well done after just 16 minutes. Served with a vegetable stir fry.

I loved this in the oven, but I really can't wait to try that marinade on some beef, pork and chicken on the grill! Great flavored tips that I absolutely loved Sheri. Thank you for this great recipe! Linda
