Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the fresh thyme.
Step 3
Toss well to coat the potatoes in the seasonings and oil.
Step 4
Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring the potatoes about 1/2 way through.
Step 5
Once tender, remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with the fresh thyme.
