Step 1

N a bowl, mix mayonnaise with chili sauce; mix in cheddar.

I scaled back for 1 sandwich and used left over roast beef, mayo, sweet chilli sauce and a sharp vintage cheddar cheese which coupled with the rare roast beef and grassiness from the alfalfa sprouts made a great sandwich, thank you Earnhardt made for Food Friends and Fun Forum and game What's on the Menu.
