"A sweet take on a Rhubarb cake."
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.
Place Rhubarb in bottom of pan. Sprinkle sugar and vanilla over the rhubarb.
In a separate bowl mix together the cake section ingredients. Pour over rhubarb/marshmallows.
Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until cake is done.
