Step 1

Mix sugar, salt, and flour together. For a richer filling, work 1 tablespoon of butter into this.

Step 2

Mix with beaten egg , and mix everything with the rhubarb.

Bake between crusts or with a lattice top, 10 minutes at 450' F., then another 30 minutes or more at 350' F.
