Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat egg yolks with electric mixer till light. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Add very slowly, beating constantly, half and half and milk. Pour into a large punch bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and salt until stiff. Gently fold into milk mixture. Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.
Step 3
*Very important to use pasteurized eggs to prevent the chance of salmonella.
