Step 1

Place potatoes in gallon size zip lock bag.

Step 2

Pour oil over potatoes, seal bag and toss to coat.

Step 3

Add ranch dressing mix, seal bag and toss again until coated.

Step 4

Bake in an ungreased baking pan at 450 ° F for 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes are brown and crisp.

Great potatoes. I couldn't find red potatoes at my small local market, so used multi-colored (red, white, purple) baby potatoes instead. I'll make these simple potatoes often. Thanks for sharing, Teresa.
