I was wanting a quick and easy raisin bar and this fit the bill. I did not have the size pan called for, so used a 9x13. These bars do not taste too sweet, which we like. The raisins are plump and juicy with just the right amount of spices. Thanks Teresa for sharing!

We loved these bars with vanilla ice cream! But I think they would be great just to add to lunches. Made as directed except we skipped the nuts. Thanks for sharing!
