Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dissolve beef bouillon in 2 cups water, set aside.

Step 2

Arrange cabbage, potatoes in a skillet on top of stove and add dissolved bouillon, caraway, salt pepper and thyme.

Step 3

Cover and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, then add knockwurst and cover again for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve.
