Step 1: Dissolve beef bouillon in 2 cups water, set aside.
Step 2: Arrange cabbage, potatoes in a skillet on top of stove and add dissolved bouillon, caraway, salt pepper and thyme.
Step 3: Cover and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes, then add knockwurst and cover again for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve.
