I made this recipe on 6/30/15 for mine and my SO's dinner. Since there was just the two of us the recipe was reduce by half. After measuring out the pasta, I realized that 6 ounces of dry would be WAY too much,so only 3 ounces were used. As the beef and onion were cooking, a bit of garlic powder and seasoned salt had been added. To speed up the cooking process, the dish was completed on the stove top (also cooking it that way reduced the heat in the kitchen.Which is always a good thing. ;)). And for some reason I have to have garlic bread with pasta,so I did. :) Both my SO and I enjoyed this. And I must say," I'm very please to be t he first one to MERP this recipe. " Keep Smiling :) "
