"I found the basic recipe in Jan/Feb.2009 issue of "Simple & Delicious". The original recipe name was Ramen-Vegetable Beef Skillet, and it was submitted by Marlene MCallister of Portland, Michigan. But the reason I changed the name is, because I left out a few things and added a few of my own touches. If you are crunched for time, you might want to try a bag of store bought cole slaw for the cabbage and carrots. This has a really nice flavor...I used red peppers to add color to the dish...I cut the recipe in half but used the whole packet of seasoning and the whole block of noodles...yummo...I think next time I would add some broccoli for the extra crunch and color...made for "Alphabet" tag game...at FFF...

This made a very tasty quick dinner with ingredients I had on hand! I've never made anything with Ramen noodles other than the noodles, so it was cool to fancy them up. I followed the recipe, but added 2 packs of noodles. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
