Step 1: In a large skillet,cook the beef,seasoned salt, garlic powder,carrots and onions until beef is browned and veggies are crisp tender.
Step 2: Drain and return to skillet.
Step 3: Add water,cabbage,green peppers,soy sauce and seasoning packet from the noodles.
Step 4: Break noodles into small pieces, add to pan and stir well to cover noodles with liquid.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and noodles are tender.
