Step 1

This was so delicious! And it is thick. I didn't eat it the first day I made it so it was even thicker today when I had it for lunch. It is true comfort food especially now that the weather is turning colder. I served it with white cheddar cheese on top. Made for Billboard tag.

This certainly lives up to its name - made for Super Bowl 2012. I did add about half a can of beer. Next time I would use fewer onions....
