"I needed a quick dish to make for a family get together and this is what I came up with. You can use ground chuck or round instead of the ground sirloin. I had mozzarella cheese on hand but any shredded cheese could be added. "

Such a simple and good dish. I wasn't in the mood to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and this was great for a quick dinner. Thanks for sharing, Lori.

The recipe title says it all... quick AND easy. But it's a;sp quite good, too. It's a bit heavy in tomato flavor, so a shake or two of oregano or other herb might be good, but it was still satisfying without any additional ingredients. Thanks! We enjoyed it, ahmafor3.
