Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly.
Step 3
Add well beaten eggs, pumpkin and flavorings and the dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Step 4
Add nuts which have been dredged in some of measured flour.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Drop by teaspoon onto well greased baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
