Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Slice the the potatoes in 1-inch cubes. Combine cubed potatoes with Velveeta cheese, onion, garlic, mayonnaise and ham in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spoon into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes or until the top begins to brown. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Place back in oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
