President McKinley Creamed Eggs
"In a 1908 California cookbook it said these were his favorite eggs served on toast. Must use cream not milk. I was so excited to find this as his recipes are hard to find. They called for 2 pints of cream to poach in. Somebody must have had a cow. I'm just saying! lol"
