Step 1: Have eggs ready in bowls to slip into cream.
Step 2: Pam spray pan (they didn't but it will make clean up easier).
Step 3: Whisk in the spices bring cream up to a boil, (I would simmer).
Step 4: Slip in eggs and cook until done to your liking.
Step 5: Serve on buttered toast.
Step 6: Season to taste.
