Snickerdoodles are my husband's all-time favorite cookie. He LOVES them. And these cookies did not disappoint! They are delicious! The cookie dough comes together easily -- love that I didn't have to chill the dough or wait to roll them in the cinnamon and sugar before I popped them into the oven to bake. I have no patience when it comes to cookie baking... I just want to eat them. They took 11-12 minutes in my oven at 350, but my cookies are likely a little bigger than they're supposed to be. My 8-year-old daughter helped me make these and she likes to roll big cookies. These are crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside... they about melt in your mouth. Buttery and sweet, and the cinnamon/sugar ratio is spot on. Anyways, we've already managed to eat almost this entire batch of cookies and I'm sure I'll be baking another batch soon. It helps that this recipe uses common ingredients I almost always have at home.
