Step 1

Wash and cut up your potatoes into bite size cubes. You can peel or just scrub the skins.

Step 2

Cut up half an onion into bite size chunks.

Step 3

Start with 18 inches of tinfoil, spray the tinfoil with vegetable spray.

Step 4

Place cut up potatoes and onions on 1/2 of the foil.

Step 5

Season and add butter.

Step 6

Close the tinfoil by folding over the edges, making sure to seal well.

Step 7

I add one more layer of tinfoil to make sure I don't leaks.

Step 8

Place on the grill, and turn every 5 minutes with oven mitts. I cook with the lid on. You will feel the potatoes get soft as you are flipping it over.
