Step by Step Method

Step 1

Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 and inch thick.

Step 3

Toss in the actifry along with the butter, olive oil, hot sauce, cumin and oregano.

Step 4

Cook until they are a nice light golden color, about 30 minutes, depending on how big the potatoes are cut.

Step 5

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 6

We loved the flavors that these tasty wedges had...I served them as the chips for our Fish and Chip meal...I did cook them for 15 minutes before tossing them in the sauce mixture...then I cooked them for the final 15 minutes...they were nice and tender inside and crispy on the outside...I used your flour dredge for fish recipe#13272 for our fish...this made a yummy meal...thanks for sharing the recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...
