Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Frank's RedHot sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.

  • Step 2: Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 and inch thick.

  • Step 3: Toss in the actifry along with the butter, olive oil, hot sauce, cumin and oregano.

  • Step 4: Cook until they are a nice light golden color, about 30 minutes, depending on how big the potatoes are cut.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
