Step 1: Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.
Step 2: Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 and inch thick.
Step 3: Toss in the actifry along with the butter, olive oil, hot sauce, cumin and oregano.
Step 4: Cook until they are a nice light golden color, about 30 minutes, depending on how big the potatoes are cut.
Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Enjoy!
