Step by Step Method

Potato Crust


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.

Step 2

Mix together all ingredients and press into a 10" pie plate. Brush with oil. Bake crust for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Filling


Step 3

Preheat oven to 350-degrees .

Step 4

Mix together the first 5 ingredients (eggs - nutmeg), set aside.

Step 5

Sprinkle the onion over baked crust. Top it with ham and broccoli. Pour egg mixture over the filling and sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
