The ingredients are:
  • 3 1/4 cups potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 3/4 cup potato, grated
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

How to Make

  • Potato Crust

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.

  • Step 2: Mix together all ingredients and press into a 10" pie plate. Brush with oil. Bake crust for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

  • Filling

  • Step 3: Preheat oven to 350-degrees .

  • Step 4: Mix together the first 5 ingredients (eggs - nutmeg), set aside.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the onion over baked crust. Top it with ham and broccoli. Pour egg mixture over the filling and sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
