Step 1
Toss together potatoes, beans and corn. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk together other ingredients except chives. Fold into vegetables.
Step 3
This makes just enough dressing to coat the salad ingredients. If you like more, increase amounts by half.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chives and mix.
Step 5
Refrigerate for an hour.
