Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the potatoes and chopped rosemary in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil, cook through and drain.

Step 2

Meanwhile season the ground pork with salt and pepper and cook with onions until pork is cooked through.

Step 3

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate; allow cooling completely.

Step 4

Stuff the bird and cook.

I did not use the rosemary. Instead I used poultry seasoning, because we love it! The potatoes were a nice addition, keeping the stuffing nice and moist. We enjoyed it and will have it again!

weekend cooker

Made this as a stuffing as part of a meal with some thawed turkey slices, and some chili. Real easy to prepare, this can be easily a meal.
