Step 1
Place the potatoes and chopped rosemary in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil, cook through and drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile season the ground pork with salt and pepper and cook with onions until pork is cooked through.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate; allow cooling completely.
Step 4
Stuff the bird and cook.
