Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 bread slices (cubed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (do not used dried)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the potatoes and chopped rosemary in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil, cook through and drain.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile season the ground pork with salt and pepper and cook with onions until pork is cooked through.

  • Step 3: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate; allow cooling completely.

  • Step 4: Stuff the bird and cook.
