"A tasty recipe I like to make when I have a busy day ahead. Let the crock-pot do the work. If gluten intolerant this can be made with gluten free cream of mushroom soup."

This is truly comfort food. I added some carrot pieces. They tasted so good. When I served the meal I fork mashed the potatoes. I love fork mashed potatoes with lots of gravy. This will be a do again for sure.

Very good meal which we enjoyed. Added some carrots to the crock-pot with the remainder of the ingredients. Thanks for sharing.

The potatoes and the pork was so tender you could cut it with a fork. I loved that I could put it in the crock pot and take off for the day, then come back and dinner is served. We really enjoyed it tonight!
