Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 4 medium potatoes (sliced about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 can (10 ounces) golden mushroom soup (Campbell`s)
  • 10 ounces water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil, for frying

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the garlic powder, oregano, pepper and salt; rub all over the tenderloin.

  • Step 2: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a skillet; brown the tenderloin on all sides.

  • Step 3: Place the potatoes and tenderloin in the crock-pot. (I place the tenderloin in the middle and the potatoes on each side).

  • Step 4: Pour the soup and water over everything.

  • Step 5: Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
