Step 1: Mix together the garlic powder, oregano, pepper and salt; rub all over the tenderloin.
Step 2: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a skillet; brown the tenderloin on all sides.
Step 3: Place the potatoes and tenderloin in the crock-pot. (I place the tenderloin in the middle and the potatoes on each side).
Step 4: Pour the soup and water over everything.
Step 5: Cover and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
