Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dry the trimmed loin with paper towels
Step 2
Completely cover the loin with the Montreal Steak Spice (Really press it in)
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400
Step 4
Place spiced loin in a foil lined oven proof pan
Step 5
Roast for 35 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165F
