"Popular here in the midwest You can dip in flour and beaten egg then breadcrumbs but I dont .I also serve with a leaf of lettuce and slice tomato Get the pork cutlets that have already been run through tenderizer and pound flatter at home Some folks just use mustard. I think you could make a batch and freeze them ,and use fryer to heat up"
