"A favorite in my house, it's really good and the pork comes out wonderfully tender and great flavor! Oven method: Place in a greased casserole dish and baked for around 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F, if your oven-cooking you could leave the steaks whole and I recommend doubling the sauce amount"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season the strips with garlic salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in skillet.
Step 2
Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients except the rice or noodles in crock pot.
Step 3
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Step 4
Serve over noodles or rice. YUMMY!
