"I had this recipe posted on a now defunct site.And after a few modifications, I decided to post it here. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:I wanted chicken parmesan but, didn't have any chicken. I substituted pork and thought it turned out pretty well. Please feel free to add more seasonings or omit what you don't like. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on March 6th., 2014. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Take a gallon size zippered plastic bag and mix well the first 6 ingredients.

Step 2

In a medium size bowl,mix together egg and milk.

Step 3

Add pork cubes a few at a time to egg mixture making sure pork is coated.

Step 4

Add pork cubes to plastic bag and shake until all pork is coated well.

Step 5

In a large non stick skillet heat oil until hot but not smoking,add breaded pork and cook until lightly browned.(if some of breading comes off it's o.k.)

Step 6

If needed remove extra oil and add spaghetti sauce,making sure pork is coated well with sauce.

Step 7

Cover skillet and reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 8

About 15 minutes before pork is cooked through,cook pasta and drain according to directions on package.

Step 9

Serve sauce on top of pasta & add optional cheese.
