Step 1: Take a gallon size zippered plastic bag and mix well the first 6 ingredients.
Step 2: In a medium size bowl,mix together egg and milk.
Step 3: Add pork cubes a few at a time to egg mixture making sure pork is coated.
Step 4: Add pork cubes to plastic bag and shake until all pork is coated well.
Step 5: In a large non stick skillet heat oil until hot but not smoking,add breaded pork and cook until lightly browned.(if some of breading comes off it's o.k.)
Step 6: If needed remove extra oil and add spaghetti sauce,making sure pork is coated well with sauce.
Step 7: Cover skillet and reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 8: About 15 minutes before pork is cooked through,cook pasta and drain according to directions on package.
Step 9: Serve sauce on top of pasta & add optional cheese.
