Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic; add pork and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2
Bring vegetable oil to high heat in a wok or large skillet; add pork mixture and cook until pork is cooked through.
Step 3
Add onion and snap peas and stir-fry until tender but still crisp.
Step 4
Add the bok choy and cook for another couple of minutes, until softened.
Step 5
Add the chicken broth and the ramen noodles along with the hot pepper flakes.
Step 6
Heat through and serve.
